I don’t normally write reviews, but after my recent visit, I felt like I had to take a moment to shout out someone who truly stood out, Victoria, one of the team members here, is an absolute superstar. From the second I walked in, she made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and memorable. You know how most places can feel rushed, or like you're just another person in line? Not here — not with Victoria working. She greeted me with genuine kindness, answered all my questions with patience (even though I can be indecisive when it comes to pizza toppings ), and made sure everything in my order was perfect. There’s something about her presence — it’s calm, confident, and full of positive energy. It was obvious she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. Even while multitasking, Victoria never missed a beat. I watched her handle multiple orders, chat kindly with a family and their kids, and even help a confused customer who was new to the menu — all while keeping that same friendly, can-do attitude. She has a way of making every person feel seen and valued, which is such a rare and special quality. And let’s talk about the food too — everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The crust was that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce had great flavor, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit — because let’s be real, great food and great service is a combo that’s hard to beat. To whoever hired Victoria: great call. She’s a total asset to your team, and I wouldn’t be surprised if people start coming here just for the way she makes them feel so welcomed and taken care of. Nick’s Pizza has always been a favorite of mine — the food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and it just has that perfect “neighborhood favorite” vibe. But on my most recent visit, something stood out even more than the amazing pizza: Victoria. Victoria is an absolute standout. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel seen, heard, and genuinely appreciated. Her energy is warm, attentive, and effortless in the best way. You can tell she truly cares about the experience people have at Nick’s. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates a great place to an even higher level, but Victoria does exactly that. Pick up - I had gone to beauty school in 09 down the street from here and woild always go on my lunch break. I’m from RI and once I heard my husband was going to be working down the street from here I was thrilled. The pizza is thin style, perfect ratio of cheese and sauce. Did not disappoint

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my visit to Nick’s House of Pizza today, I felt like I absolutely had to — especially because of the incredible service I received from one of their newest team members, Victoria. From the moment I walked in, Victoria made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, but someone she genuinely cared about taking care of. Even though it was her first day, you’d never be able to tell — she carried herself with the confidence, professionalism, and kindness of someone who’d been there for years. But what really stood out to me was how careful, thoughtful, and precise she was in everything she did. She walked me through the menu with real patience, helped me narrow down what I might like (I’m super picky with my pizza), and made sure every question I had was answered without ever making me feel rushed. I ended up ordering a Greek-style pizza and a chicken parm sub — and both were amazing — but it was the way she made sure every detail of the order was perfect that made it feel like a five-star experience. Victoria double-checked my order with the kitchen, made sure everything was packed neatly, and even gave me a few extra napkins and utensils without me having to ask. She had this really calm, composed energy — and I could tell she was really putting her full effort into making sure I had a great experience, not just trying to get through the shift. It’s honestly rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in doing their job well, especially on their first day. If today was any indication of how she’s going to be as part of the team, Nick’s House of Pizza is extremely lucky to have her. So, to whoever hired Victoria — great choice. And to Victoria — thank you for your care, your attention to detail, and for treating me like more than just a customer. You made my day, and I’ll absolutely be coming back — and telling others to do the same.

went here for dinner. i got the large steak and onion grinder with cheese, my partner got the chicken tenders dinner, and our friend got the Idaho pizza. the grinder was grilled per my request and it was delicious. not too dry and very flavorful. the chicken tenders were very good as well although the fries looked less crispy than i like but i didn't have any. the pizza looked and smelled good and i know this was his 2nd time getting a pizza. we are moving to the area so we'll definitely be back

Her name is Victoria. I don’t have family. The holidays are quiet, birthdays quieter. Most days, I’m just passing through the world, doing my best to keep going, and hoping not to feel invisible. But when I walked into Nick’s recently, Victoria greeted me like I mattered — not just as a customer, but as a person. She looked me in the eye. She remembered my name. She asked questions like she actually wanted to know the answers. And for that brief window of time, sitting there with my slice and my drink, I felt something I don’t feel often: like I was part of someone’s family. Like I belonged. It’s strange how something so small — a warm smile, a little extra attention — can be everything. Victoria didn’t just do her job well. She did it with heart. And that heart made a world of difference to someone like me. So yes, the food is amazing. The crust is perfect, the sauce rich, and everything tastes like it was made with care. I’ve been going here for years now. Every time has been a wonderful, satisfactory experience. I always get the bbq chicken pizza for myself, it’s delicious every time. The nicks pizza specialty drinks are also very worth it. The food is very authentic and has a warm feeling to it almost like home. The wait time is never too long, they are accurate to what they tell you. The ambiance is always relatively quiet, an enjoyable space to eat. The service is absolutely fantastic, always welcoming, kind and they recognize my mother and I whenever we show up. They clearly care about their customers and make an effort everyday with the food and the service they provide. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend it.

We received a menu from mailbox so we think to give it a try. This place didn’t let us down!!! Probably the best we tried in the area so far! Hercules Pizza is perfect cooked, not chewy dough, great amount cheese, tender meat with French fries on top. This is very special pizza for me since I only have had the regular flavor ones. Chicken also taste good! Delivery man is very nice and on time. But one downside of this meal is too salty. Overall great place!
